This review is long overdue.  I worked directly with Chris and he was exceptional.  I had an issue with a leak in my roof under the Solar Panels which were installed about 2-years prior.  Chris came out within 2-days of contacting him and had his team fix the issue in a timely and professional manner. It says a lot about a company who stands by their products and continues to provide exceptional customer service to their existing clients.  This is what will make me a repeat customer.

The team at Quantum is amazing and they do great work. Questions I had throughout the process were diligently answered -- and I had a lot. The initial meeting with Dwaine senior was beyond informative and I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation. I had two other meetings with companies who seemed to have little knowledge. The installation team is friendly, prompt, and cares about your property. They even made multiple trips to Home Depot to make sure to touchup my conduit lines with the correct matching house paint.

Excellent and superior customer service. Brandon was wonderful, respectful and patient through out. Quantum was the only solar company that told me I did NOT need solar. I was given the advice to change out my pool pump and go on medical with Edison. I will continue to refer anyone I know to Quantum Solar.  Honesty goes along way in my book.

FYI, I got my panels with no money up front, and my payments are less than my electric bill used to be. So I “broke even” the first month. That’s hard to beat.

We had Quantum install our panels a little over a year ago and it was the best thing we did for our house. Dewaine is super knowledgeable and professional. My only regret is that we didn't install them sooner. Do your checkbook and the environment a favor and get solar panels!
